A Multi-Technique Approach
As chiropractors, we describe ourselves as ‘mixers’ which means we combine a range of techniques, in line with you preference as well as what will get you feeling better the fastest.
Our techniques include:
Manual Adjusting:
The traditional chiropractic technique, sometimes described by people as ‘cracking’ where you may hear a pop or click during a thrust by the chiropractors hand.
Activator Adjusting:
The ‘no crack’ technique, sometimes described by people as ‘the clicker’. The chiropractor will use a hand held device which sends a mechanical thrust into the joint.
Drop Piece Adjusting:
This technique utilises our specifically designed tables, where sections of the table pop up and drop down as the chiropractor pushes through different parts of your spine. You often won’t hear a pop or click with this technique.
Sacro-Occipital Technique (S.O.T.):
This technique incorporates pelvic blocks (or wedges) to adjust the pelvis and sacrum in addition to gentle cranial adjusting techniques.
Our Prices
New Patient
Your first appointment at Evolving Chiropractic, your chiropractor will sit down and discuss your health and specific condition history and a functional, orthopaedic, neurological and chiropractic assessment will then follow. Provided it is safe and appropriate to do so, the chiropractor will discuss your treatment options and you will be treated at the first appointment.
X-rays will be bulk billed, in most cases, if they are clinically indicated.

Report Of Findings
Between your first visit and your report of findings, your chiropractor will compile their findings from your first visit and any imaging you are either referred for or have brought with you to your first appointment. They will discuss your treatment options with you and you will come up with a plan to achieve your goals together.
You will be adjusted on this visit.

Re-Activation
You have been to our practice before, but it has been greater than 6 months since your last adjustment with us. You chiropractor will take a thorough history, perform a functional, orthopaedic and neurological exam and refer you for any imaging, if it is clinically indicated.
You will be adjusted on this visit, provided it is safe and appropriate to do so.
